* Repair any remaining holes in the concrete floor

* Pressure test existing air lines and see if they can be used

** We have a pressure washer that could be used, but it may make too big a mess. Consider brushing walls clean enough to paint
* Clean floors by physically scraping paint. Make sure that no paint makes it down floor drains
